To implement Jury Democracy in your city, run for mayor or city council. And investigate if your city charter can be amended by referendum, and if it can, organize a referendum to implement Jury Democracy.

To implement Jury Democracy in your state, run for the state legislature or for governor on a platform of Jury Democracy. Investigate if your state constitution can be amended by referendum, and if it can, organize a referendum to implement Jury Democracy.
